Our Healers
Welcome to the FMP family! We have a wonderful team of healers that is here to help you reach the most peaceful version of yourself. These healers are committed to helping you and your family achieve your mental health and wellness goals!
Dr. Mallick is our psychiatrist and the founder of FMP Mental Health Spa. She is revered as a "healer of the mind and soul." She staunchly advocates for a holistic approach in treating mental health issues, with a primary emphasis on psychotherapy. Her methodology centers on prescribing medication only when absolutely necessary, aiming to keep her patients on the minimum amount of medication. Dr. Mallick's ultimate goal is to facilitate her patients' healing process through a deep connection with their minds and thoughts.
She believes that the treatment of psychiatric illnesses should be comprehensive, encompassing the mind, body, and soul. This philosophy forms the foundation of her practice and is reflected in her work at FMP Family Psychiatry. FMP Mental Health Spa serves as an extension of her psychiatry practice, providing a safe haven for not only her patients, but the entire community to foster their mental well-being.
Dr. Mallick's belief in the therapeutic benefits of “mini vacations” inspired her to create the spa. It is designed as a retreat within the city, negating the need for travel or time off work. The spa is an oasis where individuals can find peace and tranquility amidst the hustle and bustle of everyday life. This allows for the continuous nurturing of mental health while engaging in the realities of daily living.

Rayshan Clark
I am a Mobility Specialist with FMP X Rays Mobility. I have earned my undergraduate degree in Human Biology with a minor in Kinesiology and currently working towards my Doctorate in Physical Therapy. I have over 4 years of experience working with clients through facilitated stretch. I also have experience working closely with Physical Therapists and Athletic Trainers and their patients assisting in customized treatment plans. I provide a unique 1:1 experience to show you how simple and easy it can be to keep moving! Assisted stretching is my specialty but I am able to provide more therapies such as muscle mobilization/trigger release, Percussion, and PEMF Therapy. My mission here with Rays Mobility is to educate and help you get out to do more of what you love through proper wellness practices.
Since a very young age I have always been amazed by the body and its complex nature, constantly intrigued by how the different parts function as a single cohesive unit. This led me to pay closer attention to my overall health and all the things I could start doing to increase my own health span. I quickly realized that lifestyle choices made all the difference. With the goal to spread my knowledge and help others improve their lifestyle through movement, because not only can assisted stretching improve flexibility and range of motion but it is proven to treat pain/inflammation as well as reduce stress and improve sleep and those are just the more notable benefits. These are such a key factor to a healthy individual and sometimes we only focus on movement through exercise but there are so many other ways that movement can be a game changer.
