Our personal training sessions are designed to empower you both physically and mentally. We understand that everyone’s fitness journey is unique, so we customize each session to meet your specific needs, goals, and preferences. Whether you’re aiming to build strength, improve flexibility, or enhance your overall health, we create a plan that’s just right for you.

Trainer: Jennifer is our Certified Personal Trainer(CPT) and Certified Nutrition Coach, certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine(NASM). Her training philosophy is based on the principles of consistency, motivation, and enjoyment. She aims to create a supportive and motivating environment where clients can thrive!

Price: $70/hour and $45/half hour.

Time: We understand it becomes difficult to take time out. That’s why our trainer will schedule day and time that works for you. Call our office to schedule one on one training session.
