Shan Singireddy

Shan Singireddy is our office manager. Shan is a dedicated professional who is committed to ensuring the high quality of patient care that our practice is known for. In his role, Shan will work behind the scenes to support the practice and manage our diverse mental wellness staff. His goal is to foster a collaborative environment that allows us to deliver a holistic approach to mental health wellness. Shan has previously worked as an On-site IT Technician for a mental health hospital. His background has provided him with a solid foundation in customer and IT support, which will be invaluable in his new role. Furthermore, Shan is passionate about building stronger and healthier minds, a passion that aligns perfectly with our mission at FMP Family Psychiatry. From 2010 to 2015, Shan served in the United States Marine Corps. We are confident that the dedication and discipline he demonstrated during his service will translate into his work with us.

Melissa Vasquez

Melissa Vasquez is our LPN Patient Care Coordinator and Spa office assistant. She is a Licensed Practical Nurse, licensed by the State Board (LPN). She has had over 6 years of psychiatric nursing experience, specializing in mental health, substance abuse and detox. Melissa brings a wealth of knowledge and compassion to the team. Due to her psychiatric experience, she understands specific medications and mental health diagnosis. Melissa is originally from New York and moved to Tampa to pursue her passion in psychiatric nursing. She is able to provide a comfortable space for people to be themselves while healing from their mental health conditions. When Melissa is not caring for her patients, she’s a loving devoted mother of two. In her free time, she enjoys grounding meditation, and cuddling up with her fur-babies to a good movie.

Maleesa Anwar

Maleesa is our Marketing Coordinator. She has a Master’s degree in Marketing, and extensive experience as a social media manager. She is passionate about creating engaging content and building connections online. She manages the FMP Family Psychiatry and Mental Health Spa’s social media pages, producing quality content, executing successful campaigns. When she is not busy building connections on social media, Maleesa is an artist who enjoys painting during her days off from work.
