Couples Yoga
Thaina's yoga sessions are mostly geared towards slow-paced movements, focused on connection with your body and relaxation. Her passion for both fields comes together when she guides Couples Yoga. Through gentle stretches and mindfulness-based exercises, Couples Yoga helps build communication, empathy, and intimacy.
As a Sex Counselor, Thaina supports clients who want to understand themselves and why they do the things they do, strengthen their relationships, communicate better, manage their emotions, create or break habits, and/or have more pleasure in their sex life. From communication dynamics to exploring kink/BDSM, Thaina uses a conversational style and offers resources based on your goals. Whether your goals are relational or personal, she is here to support you!
Thaina will be providing Sex Counseling soon. She is accepting registration for Couples Yoga.

What if I'm not "stretchy"?
That is perfectly OK! This is a gentle class focused on feeling relaxed and connected. It is ideal for both first-timers and for long-time yogis.
Couples Yoga guides partners through gentle stretches, mindfulness-based exercises, and mindful touch. More than just partnered poses, it offers an opportunity for couples to communicate, recognize each other's needs, and practice being fully present and relaxed together.
It's less about the 'yoga' and more about focusing on your partner, making them the object of meditation. This practice deepens the bond between partners through shared movement and mutual support.
Couples yoga will be provided by one of our healer, Thaina. Thaina is a Sex Counselor and Yoga Teacher. She is a trauma-informed clinician and trained in somatic (body based) approaches. Thaina helps you find what works best for you, backed by knowledge of how our brains, bodies, and relationships work.
