Group Therapy
Group Therapy provides a safe, supportive environment for teens to grow together in therapy. Group Therapy gives adolescents a place to learn more from others’ experiences while promoting social skills. If your teen is needing an extra push or feeling unmotivated with therapy, group therapy may be the fit for them. We will be offering groups focused on self esteem, anger management, trauma, eating disorders, substance and abuse, and an Inside Out Emotions group.
Ages: 13-17 yrs old

About the group:
Eating disorder group brings together girls who are struggling with anorexia, binge eating disorder, or feel as though they have unhealthy relationship with food.
This group will allow girls to bring their experience together to support each other on their journey to developing a healthy relationship with food.
Ages: 12-17 yrs old

About the group:
Has your teen been struggling with an addiction to alcohol, marijuana, nicotine, or another substance? Our substance use group will bring together teens to support them on their journey to sobriety.
Teen will learn coping skills to maintain sobriety while gaining support from the group.
Ages: 12-17 yrs old
